Cole goes to circle justice for a very insincere reason. Cole goes to Circle Justice because he wants avoid jail time for brutally injuring a boy named Peter, and robbing a hardware store. Cole believes that Circle Justice is an easier punishment than being in jail. Jail would be several years, but Circle Justice would be only one year of his life
