Cause and effect in your nonfiction book

Cause:  Salvador Dali became a better artist as a result of interacting with friends and family.

Example 1:  Llucia, his nanny.  She sparked his imagination.
Example 2:  He enters San Fernando Royal Academy of Fine Art in Madrid.  He meets Garcia Lorca and Luis Bunel and records his first film.  He now has a love of film that will spill over to the rest of his career.
Example 3:  Joins a surrealist group in Paris.  He becomes edgier and pushes the boundaries of art.  Andre Breton expels him from the group!

Now, I turn this ideas into a paragraph:

Salvador Dali grew as an artist when he interacted with other people.  For example, his childhood nanny, Llucia, inspired him with stories and sparked his imagination.  Years later, Dali would become famous for his "insane" view of the world and his own imagination.  Another example of him growing was when he went to the San Fernando Royal Academy of Fine Art in Madrid...
